Company Timeline
- 1961 — Founded as a locksmith and craft cooperative "Metalum". Initially produced forged parts for agriculture and automotive industry.
- 1965 — The name "FKL" was adopted. Focus shifted to heat treatment, repair, and part production for agriculture and automotive.
- 1975 — Transitioned fully to production of rolling bearings and cardan shafts.
- 1980 — Began technological modernization aimed at mass production.
- 1986 — Moved to the industrial zone in Temerin. New location: 25,000 m² with two production halls.
- 1990 — Converted into a joint-stock company.
- 1996 — Began cooperation with leading bearing manufacturers.
- 1997 — Introduced new sizes/types: large ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, spherical roller bearings.
- 2006 — Modernization improved grinding quality.
- 2009 — Privatization process started.
- 2013 — Focused on sales network expansion and global FKL brand promotion.
- 2014 — Agricultural product line became the main focus.
- 2015 — Privatization completed. FKL is now 100% privately owned.
- 2021 — FKL celebrates 60 years. Now one of the leading producers of agricultural bearings and bearing units.
